QA Specialist (BA/PM)

Requirements
- At least 1,5 years experience in manual testing;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Ability to analyze requirements and design test cases;
- Ability to analyze design solutions and improve based on the client's needs;
- Ability to manage software functional and non-functional requirements;
- Experience with requirements defining, and creating task descriptions;
- Experience with prioritizing features for development based on the client's needs;
- Interest in creating products (basic product management);
- Desire to dive into a complex product with business logic (BA);
- Experience with leading teams;
- Proficiency in using Jira;
- Problem-solving skills to identify, document, and track defects;
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills ;
- English level - Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Responsibility
From these duties follows:
- Define project goals and create an action plan;
- Develop the project schedule and determine task deadlines;
- Assign tasks to team members;
- Ensure effective communication within the team;
- Track task progress;
- Manage risks and issues arising during project implementation;
- Create test cases and scenarios to verify product functionality;
- Identify and document defects and errors;
- Participate in requirements and specifications review;
- Analyze test results and generate defect reports;
- Prepare and present quality reports on the product;
- Interact with the client to gather requirements;
- Document functional and non - functional requirements;
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.

- 45-minute interview with a member of our HR team to get to know you and your experience;
- Technical task (30 min);
- Technical interview with our team to assess your skills and abilities;
- Final 1-hour interview with 2 team members to gauge your fit with our culture and working style.
