We are looking for a Head of Sales who is able to communicate and collaborate with teammates on the part in order to achieve success. Join us!


  • 3+ years of proven experience and advanced knowledge in the IT development, management, and execution of sales processes including marketing, lead generation, proposal strategy and development, negotiation, sales close, and post-sale account management;
  • A deep understanding of selling in various industry domains such as healthcare and others, with a specific focus on IT solutions;
  • English level - fluent;
  • Think analytically, listen and reason decisions, be energetic, proactive, communicative, independent, and autonomous in all processes.


From these duties follows:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to boost sales within your designated area;
  • Provide regular, insightful reports on sales activities and performance;
  • Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to precisely meet their requirements;
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers;
  • Lead contract and price negotiations with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements;
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to both the company's growth and your personal income;
  • Proactively acquire new customers and nurture long-term business relationships.

And this is how our interview process goes:

  • 45-minute interview with a member of our HR team to get to know you and your experience;
  • Technical task (30 min);
  • Technical interview with our team to assess your skills and abilities;
  • Final 1-hour interview with 2 team members to gauge your fit with our culture and working style.
