QA Specialist Wanted

Requirements
- At least 1 years experience in manual testing;
- Understanding of software development and testing processes;
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
- Ability to execute manual test cases and document results;
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, Trello) and test case management tools (Testmo, TestRail);
- Basic knowledge of API testing tools like Postman;
- Ability to analyze user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria;
- Attention to detail for identifying potential issues during testing;
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members;
- Willingness to learn from feedback and guidance from senior QA and developers;
- Interest in learning test automation tools like Cypress, or Playwright;
- English level - Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Responsibility
From these duties follows:
- Perform manual testing for assigned features, verifying they meet requirements.
- Execute predefined test cases and document results.
- Identify, document, and report bugs clearly in the tracking system.
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and provide detailed steps.
- Assist in creating and updating test cases, checklists, and test scenarios.
- Maintain organized test documentation for assigned tasks.
- Verify requirements and identify gaps
- Provide feedback on testability during task discussions.
- Conduct regression testing to confirm bug fixes and verify no new issues are introduced.
- Work closely with QA leads, developers, and product managers to clarify requirements and priorities.
- Participate in team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Learn and use testing tools and frameworks as directed (JIRA, TestRail, or similar).
- Automation Experience (Wish for Learning):
- Desire to gain knowledge of test automation concepts and tools such as Cypress, or Playwright.
