Sales Manager Wanted

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT outsourcing/outstaffing or custom software sales;
- Proven success in B2B outbound lead generation (LinkedIn, email, freelance platforms);
- Strong understanding of IT services and SDLC (Web, Mobile, Data, AI, Cloud);
- Experience conducting discovery calls, qualifying leads, and preparing proposals;
- Confident negotiation and deal-closing skills;
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive or similar);
- English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher;
- Proactive and result-oriented attitude;
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities — able to sell value, not just services;
- Strategic mindset and focus on building long-term partnerships;
- Self-organization, proactivity, and a result-oriented mindset;
- Team player with strong collaboration skills.
Responsibility
From these duties follows:
- Generate new leads via outbound channels (LinkedIn, email outreach, niche communities);
- Qualify prospects, identify their business needs, and offer tailored solutions;
- Conduct discovery calls and present services to potential clients;
- Manage the full sales cycle from the first contact to contract signing;
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to encourage repeat business and referrals;
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to create winning commercial proposals;
- Work with the corporate CRM system to develop and maintain prospects, track KPIs, and provide regular sales updates.
