Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in IT outsourcing/outstaffing or custom software sales;
  • Proven success in B2B outbound lead generation (LinkedIn, email, freelance platforms);
  • Strong understanding of IT services and SDLC (Web, Mobile, Data, AI, Cloud);
  • Experience conducting discovery calls, qualifying leads, and preparing proposals;
  • Confident negotiation and deal-closing skills;
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive or similar);
  • English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher;
  • Proactive and result-oriented attitude;
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities — able to sell value, not just services;
  • Strategic mindset and focus on building long-term partnerships;
  • Self-organization, proactivity, and a result-oriented mindset;
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills.

Responsibility

From these duties follows:

  • Generate new leads via outbound channels (LinkedIn, email outreach, niche communities);
  • Qualify prospects, identify their business needs, and offer tailored solutions;
  • Conduct discovery calls and present services to potential clients;
  • Manage the full sales cycle from the first contact to contract signing;
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to encourage repeat business and referrals;
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to create winning commercial proposals;
  • Work with the corporate CRM system to develop and maintain prospects, track KPIs, and provide regular sales updates.
