Requirements

  • 2 + years of experience and advanced knowledge in the IT development and sales;
  • Experienced in working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Upwork Navigator;
  • Commitment to a win-win approach;
  • Experience working with CRM systems;
  • Developed communication skills, ability to negotiate both in writing and during calls;
  • Understanding of software development processes, basics of marketing, SEO;
  • Self-organization, proactivity, and a result-oriented mindset;
  • English level - fluent.

Responsibility

From these duties follows:

  • Handle inbound sales — engage and convert potential clients who reach out to us
  • Write engaging, personalized proposals that win deals;
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiation to closing deals and account management;
  • Provide initial consultations, explaining how we can solve client problems;
  • Work with the team to present rough estimates and ensure we fit clients’ budgets.

  • Interview with a member of our HR team to get to know you and your experience;
  • Technical task;
  • Technical interview with our team to assess your skills and abilities;
  • Final 1-hour interview with 2 team members to gauge your fit with our culture and working style.
