Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in software testing (manual + automation);
- Strong understanding of SDLC, testing processes, and Agile (Scrum/Kanban);
- Experience with JIRA, TestRail/Testmo, or similar tools;
- Ability to analyze requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and identify edge cases;
- Experience with functional, regression, integration, and E2E testing;
- Experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools;
- Practical experience with Playwright or a similar automation framework;
- Ability to create, maintain, and execute automated E2E tests;
- Understanding of automation fundamentals: selectors, assertions, fixtures, hooks, waits, and test data;
- Experience with Page Object Model (POM) or similar patterns;
- Ability to debug failed and flaky automated tests and improve test reliability;
- Basic understanding of CI/CD and running automated tests in pipelines;
- Experience with Git and version control;
- Ability to identify suitable scenarios for test automation;
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar) for test generation, automation, debugging, requirements analysis, and documentation;
- Ability to validate and improve AI-generated tests and automation code;
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Responsibility
From these duties follows:
- Perform manual testing of assigned features to verify compliance with requirements;
- Execute test cases, document results, and report defects clearly in the tracking system;
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes;
- Create, update, and maintain test cases, checklists, and test scenarios;
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and E2E testing;
- Review requirements, identify gaps, and provide feedback on testability;
- Maintain clear and well-structured test documentation;
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with QA, developers, and product managers;
- Use testing tools such as JIRA, TestRail, and Postman in daily work;
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated E2E tests using Playwright;
- Identify test scenarios suitable for automation and expand automation coverage;
- Maintain and improve the existing Playwright automation framework;
- Create reusable test components, fixtures, helpers, and Page Objects;
- Investigate automation failures and fix flaky or unstable tests;
- Maintain reliable selectors, test data, assertions, and test setup;
- Execute automated regression suites and analyze test results;
- Support automated test execution within CI/CD pipelines;
- Collaborate with developers and QA team members to improve testability and automation reliability;
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar) for testing, test case creation, requirements analysis, automation development, debugging, and documentation;
- Leverage AI to improve QA efficiency while reviewing and validating AI-generated test scenarios and automation code for accuracy and quality.
