Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in software testing (manual + basic automation);
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and testing processes;
  • Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban);
  • Hands-on experience with bug tracking and test management tools (JIRA, TestRail/Testmo or similar);
  • Ability to analyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
  • Basic experience with API testing (Postman or similar);
  • Practical experience or hands-on exposure to test automation (Cypress, Playwright, or similar);
  • Understanding of automation fundamentals (test structure, selectors, assertions);
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills;
  • Interest in growth toward QA / PM;
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Responsibility

From these duties follows:

  • Perform manual testing of assigned features to verify compliance with requirements;
  • Execute test cases, document results, and report defects clearly in the tracking system;
  • Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes;
  • Create, update, and maintain test cases, checklists, and test scenarios;
  • Conduct regression testing to validate stability of existing functionality;
  • Review requirements, identify gaps, and provide feedback on testability;
  • Maintain clear and well-structured test documentation;
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with QA, developers, and product managers;
  • Use testing tools such as JIRA, TestRail, and Postman in daily work;
  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated tests using Playwright;
  • Support and improve test automation coverage and reliability.

Interview Process

  • 45-minute interview with a member of our HR team to get to know you and your experience;
  • Technical interview with our team to assess your skills and abilities;
  • Final 1-hour interview with 2 team members to gauge your fit with our culture and working style.
