Telehealth platform for direct remote patient consultations.
This platform was designed during the time of Covid to help users get emergency medical services without having to go out of their home. The product has helped people not only from developed cities, but also from remote areas to book doctors consultations and be regularly under the supervision.
Initial Request
The client reached out to us to design a telemedical solution based on conversation between patient and doctor via chat or digital calls. The main idea was, on the one hand, to help patients regularly monitor their condition, and on the other hand, to help doctors manage their time.
Challenges and Solutions
Outcome
The first version of the application was created by our team to be used in medical clinics as an independent solution. And in the future, it was planned to become part of a large healthcare application.
