UX/UI Designer

Requirements

3-4+ year as a UI/UX Designer with mobile and web applications;
Proven expertise in UI design with a strong portfolio;
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite solutions;
Experience in prototyping, wireframing, user flows, and mockups;
Experience in update, maintain, and development of interface layouts for the development team which includes UI KIT;
Experience with MedTech, FinTech, B2B, B2C;
Designing use cases and corner cases;
Create prototypes and mockups, develop complex interfaces for mobile, desktop and web apps (iOS, Android and cross-platform);
Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
Upper Intermediate English level.

From these duties follows:

Create prototypes and mockups, develop complex interfaces for mobile, desktop and web apps (iOS, Android and cross-platform);
Creating design of interfaces for web and mobile applications;
Suggesting enhancements to product design and offering alternative solutions;
Maintaining effective communication with clients to comprehend their needs and deliver outstanding solutions;
"Product Focus: collect customer journey, conduct interviews with users under the supervision of a senior specialist;"
"Visual Design: strong design compositions and layouts, understanding of typography and visual composition, working with grids;"
"Experience with interfaces: working with entire scenarios, tracking logic and details; design web+mobile or mobile applications; use design frameworks; conduct research/interviews on the interface; design most use cases and edge cases."

45-minute interview with a member of our HR team to get to know you and your experience;
